In the summer of 2023, I attended a women's church conference and the tote bag I carried was flimsy, cheap and well, not that cute. Like every other busy mom, I needed a high-quality, durable and cute tote to carry my daily essentials. You know...that good bag for work, the gym, your kid's extracurricular activities, church, etc. So, after much prayer and preparation, I got to work on developing what is now Tote Swag. You will notice on this page that I use the words "I," "we," and "us" interchangeably and that's because my husband and our child, and even my mom and sister, are part of my team. They support and encourage me and have done so in immeasurable ways.

The "crafting bug" bit me in 2017 when I was asked to make a teepee for a baby shower. Ever since then, I've been a crafting enthusiast, making everything from pillows and T-shirts to customized sneakers. I even had an Etsy shop selling door hangers for a while. I love creating. I love sewing. I love making things that are cute and useful for everyday life. Most of all, I love making people smile and feel good about themselves. That's why I'm proud to provide durable, organic cotton canvas tote bags that are not only stylish, but also built to withstand the demands of everyday use.
