Return and Shipping Policies
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal! We take pride in the quality of our products. We sincerely hope you never need to use the return policy. However, if you should need to, then we will happily replace your item or provide a store credit.
Replacement of Item:
You can request your item be replaced if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product has a misprint or error.
- The product you received is different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery of the product with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product's issue. After review of your claim, we will email you a shipping label for you to mail the product back to us. After we received your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement item to be shipped. Please use the contact form below to initiate a request for a replacement.
Store Credit:
If your item meets the conditions above for a replacement (damaged, misprinted, has an error or different from what you ordered), but you do not want a replacement, then you can receive a store credit for the value of the item (before taxes).
Please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery of the product with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the product's issue. After review of your claim, we will issue a store credit to you and send an email notification to you of this action. Please allow 2-4 business days for notification of your store credit. Exceptions:
Items will not be replaced or store credit given for items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tote Swag ONLY ships domestically (within the United States). Shipping is free for all orders. Tote Swag uses USPS Ground Advantage for shipping, which takes 2-5 days for delivery.
